Shipments and payments

Shipping
For the completion of the order, since the items are handmade on request, it will take 1-3 working days, after which you will receive a summary email of your purchase ready to be shipped.

For standard shipping you will receive your package in 4-5 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays, national or local holidays.

If you have chosen the express service, you will receive your package in 2 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, public holidays, national or local holidays.

Fleko does not accept responsibility for unforeseeable delays or delays attributable to the courier only.

Traceability
You will receive an email after the shipment. If you have chosen express shipping, you will also be given a tracking code to check the progress of your package at any time.

Make sure the recipient name appears on the P.O. box corresponding to the destination. 2 delivery attempts will be made, after which you will have 10 days of storage available for collection at the post office or the courier used for the shipment.
